Professor Short’s review appeared in JOTWELL—The Journal of Things We Like (Lots)—a popular academic website that spotlights standout legal scholarship. Professor Short wrote that she could not stop “spinning out further implications of [Professor Squitieri’s] multi-branch conception of Congress,” praising the article for prompting “new ways of thinking about an important complex of issues in administrative and structural constitutional law.”
